Amdanaf i

Gwen ydw i ac rwy’n siaradwr Cymraeg brodorol o Ogledd Cymru, bellach yn byw ym Mhentre’r Eglwys, Pontypridd. Cefais fy magu ar aelwyd uniaith Gymraeg ar fferm nepell o Bortmeirion, y pentref enwog arddull Eidalaidd a adeiladwyd gan Syr Clough Williams-Ellis.

Graddiais o Brifysgol Bangor gyda gradd cyd-anrhydedd mewn Cymraeg ac Astudiaethau Crefyddol a threuliais fy ngyrfa gyfan (bron i 30 mlynedd) yn gweithio mewn amgylchedd dwyieithog, yn bennaf yn y sector addysg.

Sefydlais fy musnes cyfieithu, Cywrain fel unig fasnachwr dros 8 mlynedd yn ôl, wedi treulio dros 25 mlynedd yn ymgymryd â gwaith cyfieithu o fewn rolau llywodraethu a gweinyddol uwch o fewn AU a’r trydydd sector.

Pam dewis Cywrain?

Rwy’n gyfieithydd profiadol iawn sy’n amryddawn ac yn ymfalchïo mewn darparu gwasanaeth cyfieithu a thrawsgrifio o’r radd flaenaf, un sy’n gywir, cyflym, rhesymol a phersonol.

Fy etheg gwaith a’m meddylfryd yw bod fy musnes 100% yn cylchdroi o amgylch fy nghleientiaid a’u gofynion.

Rwyf hefyd wedi ennill cymhwyster Lefel 5 ILM mewn Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth ac wedi gweithredu mewn rôl mentor ar gyfer y cymhwyster.  Mae gen i gymhwyster rheoli prosiectau Prince2 ac rwy’n ymarferydd cymwysedig Cymdeithas Frenhinol y Gweinyddwyr.  Rwyf hefyd yn arolygydd lleyg gydag ESTYN, ac yn ymgynghorydd llywodraethu.
